Camp Moonshot
Camp Moonshot is Moonshot Museum’s immersive summer learning experience designed to spark curiosity, creativity, and confidence in the next generation of space explorers, innovators, and storytellers.
Rooted in real-world space science and industry connections, Camp Moonshot blends hands-on STEM learning with creativity, collaboration, and career exploration. Campers don’t just learn about space — they build, design, test, create, and imagine their place in the future space workforce.
Each Camp Moonshot program is an age-appropriate one-week program and intentionally designed for elementary, middle, and high school students. Experiences range from robotics and invention to art, storytelling, media, and marketing, all connected to space exploration and emerging careers. Campers work with professional tools, explore NASA-aligned concepts, and engage in project-based challenges that encourage problem-solving, teamwork, and innovation.
Camp Moonshot is led by Moonshot Museum educators and supported by community partners, artists, technologists, and space industry professionals. Programs take place in Moonshot Museum’s unique learning environment, where campers are surrounded by real spacecraft development and cutting-edge technology.
At Camp Moonshot, curiosity is celebrated, creativity is encouraged, and every camper is invited to discover how their interests connect to the future of space.
